He showed me how easily simple locks can be opened and the need for a good mortice lock for full security. The work was done well and he tidied up any mess before leaving. The locksmith arrived on time as promised. He proceeded to rekey 5 locks in a timely fashion. He indicated one lock may require replacement but managed to repair it without further cost.

The locksmith came around yesterday to replace our back door lock. He was excellent, fast, friendly and efficient - he even cleaned all around the inside of the door frame! Great job we we're all very pleased and impressed.
