A costly mistake, losing my keys on a night out. The locksmith was fair and gave me a few options of new locks to choose from.

I cannot fault the service. When I called this morning, within an hour they had arrived at my office! They opened my door with ease and it was a painless process.

The front door lock stopped working with a key stuck in it. The locksmith arrived promptly, took it apart and got the key out. He couldn’t see any other issues but as we’ve been having trouble with the lock for a couple of weeks we asked the locksmith to replace the lock. Better than expected but I resent paying for losing my keys

I prebooked for advise on floodlights and my backdoor after a breakin. Pat was wonderful and explained everything before I decided to follow his recommendations, feel much safer now.
