All Magic Towing Canal St

I cannot recommend this service enough. My car broke down on a dangerous bend, and they had a flatbed truck to me in less than 25 minutes. The driver was calm, professional, and got me out of harm's way incredibly fast.

Good experience from start to finish. I received regular text updates on the driver's location, which gave me peace of mind. Everything went smoothly, though the driver did look a little rushed and was in a massive hurry to get to his next call, i can see why he gets work, really good service.

Unbelievable service. Not only did the driver tow my car straight to the garage, but he also noticed my toddler was distressed and offered us bottles of water while we waited. Truly wonderful people who care about their customers.

Outstanding customer service. The dispatch operator was reassuring and clear about pricing, and the driver arrived exactly when promised. He took immaculate care of my vehicle and made a stressful afternoon completely hassle-free.

Highly professional crew. The dispatch agent was helpful, and the driver arrived right on time. He quickly got my car loaded and even recommended a great local mechanic. Only dropping a star because the roadside card reader took three attempts to accept my payment.

Very smooth experience overall. The flatbed truck was modern and clean, and the operator knew exactly what he was doing. Pricing was fair and matched the phone quote. Docking one star just because the dispatch hold music to listen to for nearly 5 minutes.

The driver was excellent and handled my lowered car with absolute care. The only reason I'm leaving 4 stars instead of 5 is that they arrived about 20 minutes past the estimated window, but they did call ahead to warn me about the traffic.

The driver was very skilled and got my car out of a tricky tight spot. But the paperwork and card payment process at the roadside took ages because his machine kept losing signal.

The tow truck operator was extremely professional, polite, and handled my car with care. However, I was told it would take 25 minutes, and it ended up taking nearly an hour. Good service once they arrived, but the dispatch communication needs serious work.

Huge shoutout to this team for rescuing my car from a ditch! They turned a terrible day around completely. The response time was fast, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the price was fair. The driver knew exactly what they were doing and pulled the car out with ease. Hopefully, I won’t need a tow truck again anytime soon, but if I do, I am definitely calling them. 5 stars!
