I wasn't happy that the locksmith couldn't use the old lock

Excellent service! Arrived within an hour to fix my broken window locks, the window was not locking and let in a draft, but now it's perfectly fit again. I would definitely use this service again.

Better late than never, the service was first class and we were very happy with the results, we took on the locksmith's suggestion to upgrade the locks and later did some market research, the price we paid was favourable comper to other quotes.

Very tidy, very professional and good work attitude. He explained how to use the alarm, made sure I understood how to use the alarm and answered all questions. Very knowledgeable, did the work on a Saturday which was very convenient for me, and left after 6 pm. Cannot fault John at all, highly recommend using this individual and 100% satisfaction.
