Excellent service arrived within an hour of my call. Richard checked my door thoroughly and explained which lock would give me a more secure home. He showed me how easily Yale locks can be opened and the need for a good mortice lock for full security. The work was done well and Matt tidied up any mess before leaving. Extremely happy with the service the guy that came to fit my new lock on my back door went above and beyond. He even had a look at my front door as I'd been having issues with the lock and he made the door easier to use but did also advise that it really did need replacing which is what I thought.
