This was the first time I ever used a locksmith in the holidays. Tommy made it such a good experience. He was fast, knew his stuff and saved me a lot of time. He put on the new lock in 20 minutes or less. Prices were competitive. Thank you and Happy Christmas.

I locked myself out on the bank-holiday evening and was grateful to be saved within 40 mins. I knew it was going to cost me to get someone to come out at that time scale but obviously, it was worth it. Lesson learned thank you.

Matt kept me updated on his way to the flat and arrived within 20 minutes. My child was locked inside and he was very sensitive to the situation and tried to make minimal noise so as not to disturb or frighten her. Managed to open the door without any damage to the lock and avoided any additional costs or repair work. I would definitely recommend Matt for his skill and customer service.
