These guys were here in a timely manner. The person who attended was Pat, he was an absolute pleasure. In fact, considering the experiences extremely unpleasant, he was a welcome friendly and funny person who helped to make a horrible situation a lot better.

A little late, the work was done a week ago but I'm very grateful to the way Pat handled my elderly mother. Polite and honest.

The locksmith arrived within 30mins of making the call and had me back in my apartment within 5 more. Great service.

Pat was great. I needed locks changed after purchasing a house. He arrived very quickly. One of the locks was broken, and he did try to fix it, but it turned out the back door had a mechanism issue that was custom and not readily available, but he was able to source a part that could be installed the next day. In the meantime, he was able to secure the door with a temporary solution. I was very happy with the service.

I was so worried about being ripped off by a locksmith who might overcharge, especially on the weekends! I have a small child and thought we’d have to wait for ages in the cold.... BUT! John was at my house in under 30 minutes, was fast and efficient and even helped me secure the lock without extra charge
