Pat was great. Needed locks changed after purchasing a house. He arrived very quickly. One of the locks was broken and he did try to fix it but it turned out the back door had a mechanism issue which custom and not readily available but he was able to source a part that could be installed the next day. In the meantime, he was able to secure the door with a temporary solution. Very happy with the service.

Jul 18, 2024I just want thank again to Dean, one of their locksmiths! He succeded in rescuing me so quickly! I've lost my keys today and I was lucky enough to call this company. 10 minutes after my call the locksmith was at my door!! in only 10 minutes! Also, I was very sick and worried that I would wait outside in the cold for a very long time but Dean was able to drill my door in 4 minutes and that was it! So happy with their service, truly recommend it!

He showed me how easily Yale locks can be opened and the need for a good mortice lock for full security. The work was done well and Richard tidied up any mess before leaving. I definitely recommend Locksmith

Jul 17, 2024The person to fix the lock came over really fast, about 10-15 min and as it turned out it was a very difficult lock to break, however, it didn't take that long. The guy did a very good job and was really nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend it.
