Excellent service arrived within an hour of my call. Mat checked my door thoroughly and explained which lock would give me better security. He showed me how easily simple locks can be opened and the need for a good mortice lock for full security. The work was done well and he tidied up any mess before leaving. I definitely recommend this service.

The locksmith fitted two locks for us. I was in a hurry and needed the locks urgently. He came round the same day. He worked without a break and got the locks fitted. Great job. No complaints.

Very efficient both when making the first call and when Pat called to confirm the address and the precise time. I arrived at the exact time, spent more time than expected, and never tried to overcharge for that. I wish there were more companies that were as customer-focused and honest as this!

I called with an emergency and Pat was there within 30 minutes. The lock clasp had locked me out from the inside and he was able to open it with ease. It only took him a few minutes. He saved my evening
