He showed me how easily Yale locks can be opened and the need for a good mortice lock for full security. The work was done well and Richard tidied up any mess before leaving. Dean is very fast, efficient and helpful. He was there extremely quickly, got all of his tools out, introduced himself and got straight to work. He didn’t waste any time and explained everything to me in detail, he even offered to give me a life to the nearest key-cutting shop to cut some keys as I would have needed more for the new lock. He’s a credit to the team and I will be recommending him should anyone need a locksmith.

Only took the dog out to the garden but immediately realised I had left the snib on the door. I was locked out on a horrible day! Pat was there within 30 mins and got us back in. Great service, quick and cheerful. Definitely recommend.
