Excellent service arrived within an hour of my call. Richard checked my door thoroughly and explained which lock would give me a more secure home. He showed me how easily Yale locks can be opened and the need for a good mortice lock for full security. The work was done well and Matt tidied up any mess before leaving. I locked myself out of my flat. The Locksmith arrived within 20 minutes of my call. He was very friendly and helpful. Within a couple of minutes, he got me back into my flat without any damage to my front door. I was very impressed. Also, he gave me some very useful security advice.
