He didn't arrive within 20 minutes as advertised but it was rush hour. Got us in our house and was not as expensive as other companies. Would use them again but hopefully not too soon.

I locked myself out and had to call Matt. He was there in 20 minutes, did a thorough job and was gone within an hour. I withheld a star because I had to clean up after him. Still, I would highly recommend him.

The work was okay but I wasn’t happy having to wait for the locksmith outside my for 20 minutes past the original appointment.

I had a problem with my lock. The key wouldn’t open the door and called this company to assist. The telephone operator was friendly and arranged for the locksmith to make contact. Mike contacted me about 3 minutes after and was at my apartment in about 15 minutes. Within minutes I was inside my apartment with my locks changed. The price was a little more expensive than I had hoped but the service was perfect and friendly and fast which is what I needed at 8 pm on a Sunday night. I would definitely recommend Mike. Lifesaver. The key broke in the lock. Locked out in the cold with baby. Mike arrived in 20 mins and got us in immediately. New lock fitted in 10 mins. Excellent service.
