Early start, what can go wrong at 5 am? The front door doesn’t lock on the way to the holiday. Pat arrived within 20min, lucky to have a locksmith living nearby and we are off with a new lock on our door.

Very tidy, very professional and good work attitude. He explained how to use the alarm, made sure I understood how to use the alarm and answered all questions. Very knowledgeable, did the work on a Saturday which was very convenient for me, and left after 6 pm. Cannot fault John at all, highly recommend using this individual and 100% satisfaction.
