They Said they would be here in 1/2 hour and they were very efficient, quick and reliable and would use them again if needed.

great service and very polite engineer and call handler called at 7,30 pm and they said they would be an hour and there at 8.30, all resolved by 8.45

The locksmith arrived within 20 minutes of my call. He was familiar with the high-security lock which needed to he drilled through and a new one fitted. He explained the costs to me in advance so there were no nasty surprises and made a stressful situation much less stressful.

I would've been happier to spend this money on a meal but the service I received was second to none.
