Pat arrived promptly and got the new lock fitted very quickly. He was polite and courteous, and he did a great job.

Couldn’t find my keys and had no choice but to order a new lock, expensive but the locksmith was fair.

Pat was a huge help today! After having my bag stolen on Friday I haven’t really felt safe at home until Alan installed a new lock today. Despite being a design that’s not readily available, Alan made a call and a new one was made and delivered. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

Fitted a new front door lock and also fitted a new lock on bathroom window in 20 minutes

I locked myself out this morning, Pat took less than 30min to arrive and within minutes I was back indoors. Gave me very important advice regarding my front door, only one lock was properly locking while the other was not installed properly. Scary, I lived last that for a while. Much appreciated the service and the advice, very professional and clean job too.

Excellent help over the call and in person. My key stopped working and has some faults in the lock. This company should be the only one you use ever. High-quality locks also.

The sliding patio door was repaired. A missing bolt landed on top of the door rollers. Pat helped get the door off the hinges and got the bolt out of the bottom of the door by drilling a hole. The experience was good, amicable, friendly, and talkative.
