Excellent service arrived within an hour of my call. Mat checked my door thoroughly and explained which lock would give me better security. He showed me how easily simple locks can be opened and the need for a good mortice lock for full security. The work was done well and he tidied up any mess before leaving. Lifesaver. The key broke in the lock. Locked out in the cold with baby. Mike arrived in 20 mins and got us in immediately. New lock fitted in 10 mins. Excellent service.

Dean arrived promptly. He tried his best to open our door without breaking the lock, but unfortunately this was not possible due to the design of our door. He had to break the cylinder and replace it.
