Mohamed was very thorough and talked me through my options and costs prior to starting any work. He was very friendly and I would recommend the company.

Always on time. Had 1 issue with a member of staff and my tenant, which was appropriately addressed by a manager. After that all other representatives of Aspect have been polite, friendly, professional, hardworking and willing to give time to explaining the situation. The Electrical engineer arrived in good time - and kept me informed of what the work was - the duration of the work was shorter than I realised and he got the appliance working.

It’s the third time I’ve used this company for electrical work; they’ve been brilliant and extremely reliable. Great price too. This morning, the electrician, Dan, came to put up a new ceiling light and three dimmer switches. He was super friendly, respectful, and really quite lovely. Super efficient and quick too. He even helped me move my bed (it needed shifting to put his step ladder there). Would definitely recommend, and will definitely be using again! Great service!
