Thank you for picking up my call late at night. One only realise how heavily we relay on electricity when the power fail in the middle of the night and you cannot even warm milk for a baby. It's worth any price to restore service. Sam, you saved the day (Or night).

Always on time. Had 1 issue with a member of staff and my tenant, which was appropriately addressed by a manager. After that all other representatives of Aspect have been polite, friendly, professional, hardworking and willing to give time to explaining the situation.
