Cliffe was extremely helpful, he managed to unseize the door for us so we could use it. He then came back promptly the next day with the replacement part. He explained the whole process to us and I cannot recommend him enough.

Once opened, he replaced the lock and did not leave until he and we were satisfied with his workmanship, which was excellent and everything was working as it should

Had the misfortune of a damaged Yale lock on the AirBnB late on Saturday night with tenants stuck outside. Called Alistair and he was able to come out and assist. He was with us within twenty minutes and began investigating possible solutions. Lock drilled out and new lock fitted efficiently and with no mess. We could not recommend Alistair and LockRite highly enough. Great service all round.
