Cliffe was extremely helpful, he managed to unseize the door for us so we could use it. He then came back promptly the next day with the replacement part. He explained the whole process to us and I cannot recommend him enough.

Professional and pleasant. Came with the necessary spares and sorted out a broken lock on a badly fitted door.

Arrived at the time arranged and sorted the problem out quickly and efficiently.

Wesley arrived within 2 hours of our phone call to him. Our back door was jammed closed. Wesley spent a long time freeing it, he did not give up! Once opened, he replaced the lock and did not leave until he and we were satisfied with his workmanship, which was excellent and everything was working as it should
