He showed me how easily Yale locks can be opened and the need for a good mortice lock for full security. The work was done well and Matt tidied up any mess before leaving. Matt kept me updated on his way to the flat and arrived within 20 minutes. My child was locked inside and he was very sensitive to the situation and tried to make minimal noise so as not to disturb or frighten her. The front door lock stopped working with a key stuck in it. The locksmith arrived promptly, took it apart and got the key out. He couldn’t see any other issues but as we’ve been having trouble with the lock for a couple of weeks we asked the locksmith to replace the lock. This was done quickly and we were given 3 keys as well as a year's guarantee. Very satisfied with the service and work completed, very polite gentleman, would cheerfully recommend it.
