Better than expected but I resent paying for losing my keys

Pat was great. Needed locks changed after purchasing a house. He arrived very quickly. One of the locks was broken and he did try to fix it but it turned out the back door had a mechanism issue which custom and not readily available but he was able to source a part that could be installed the next day. In the meantime, he was able to secure the door with a temporary solution. Very happy with the service.

Pat has come to my rescue on two occasions when I've been locked out of my home. He is punctual, professional, friendly and very efficient. I would highly recommend his services.
