Had an anti-snap handle and lock fitted to our back door, very pleased with the quality and workmanship. Will be using it again very soon to swap another. Extremely happy with the service the guy that came to fit my new lock on my back door went above and beyond. He even had a look at my front door as I'd been having issues with the lock and he made the door easier to use but did also advise that it really did need replacing which is what I thought.

After losing my bag and door key yesterday, I realised I had to change the locks on my door. The locksmith sent out a lovely guy called Dani to help/assist me who was brilliant. I later found my bag/door key and I was only charged a cancellation fee at the end of the day. Thank you Dani for all your help yesterday!
