My child was locked inside and he was very sensitive to the situation and tried to make minimal noise so as not to disturb or frighten her. Had an anti-snap handle and lock fitted to our back door, very pleased with the quality and workmanship. Will be using it again very soon to swap another. Extremely happy with the service the guy that came to fit my new lock on my back door went above and beyond. He even had a look at my front door as I'd been having issues with the lock and he made the door easier to use but did also advise that it really did need replacing which is what I thought.
