Had an anti-snap handle and lock fitted to our back door, very pleased with the quality and workmanship. Will be using it again very soon to swap another. Very friendly to deal with via messenger, even after a slight booking issue they still came on the same agreed date which shows they go above and beyond to keep you safe 100% recommended.

Excellent service arrived within an hour of my call. Mat checked my door thoroughly and explained which lock would give me better security. He showed me how easily simple locks can be opened and the need for a good mortice lock for full security. The work was done well and he tidied up any mess before leaving. Matt kept me updated on his way to the flat and arrived within 20 minutes. My child was locked inside and he was very sensitive to the situation and tried to make minimal noise so as not to disturb or frighten her. Managed to open the door without any damage to the lock and avoided any additional costs or repair work. I would definitely recommend Matt for his skill and customer service.

Very quick service. I rang them and someone was there in less than 30min to fix the locks. The engineer that came was very professional and carried the work out quickly and did a great job. He was very helpful and friendly and his new his job. If you need an urgent locksmith these are the guys to call.

The person to fix the lock came over really fast, about 10-15 min and as it turned out it was a very difficult lock to break, however, it didn't take that long. The guy did a very good job and was really nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend it.
