Got locked out of my room in the flat, locksmith arrived promptly within 15 minutes and was very professional & effective at opening the door. The lock on my door was also a very tough one to open but the locksmith had all the tools at the ready to open it & replace the lock entirely for a reasonable price. Would recommend!

Matt kept me updated on his way to the flat and arrived within 20 minutes. My child was locked inside and he was very sensitive to the situation and tried to make minimal noise so as not to disturb or frighten her.
