I had a problem with my lock. The key wouldn’t open the door and called this company to assist. The telephone operator was friendly and arranged for the locksmith to make contact. Mike contacted me about 3 minutes after and was at my apartment in about 15 minutes. Within minutes I was inside my apartment with my locks changed. The price was a little more expensive than I had hoped but the service was perfect and friendly and fast which is what I needed at 8 pm on a Sunday night. I would definitely recommend Mike. Excellent service arrived within an hour of my call. Mat checked my door thoroughly and explained which lock would give me better security. He showed me how easily simple locks can be opened and the need for a good mortice lock for full security. The work was done well and he tidied up any mess before leaving.
