A costly mistake, losing my keys on a night out. The locksmith was fair and gave me a few options of new locks to choose from.

The locksmith turned up when they said he would. He worked hard to resolve my problem in freezing conditions. Very friendly and polite and explained everything he was doing and why. I’m Well, pleased.

The locksmith came out yesterday to open the door for us on a bank holiday, I called two other companies who couldn’t come in less than 3hrs and the second by night, Pat arrived within an hour and was very polite.

Gave me very important advice regarding my front door, only one lock was properly locking while the other was not installed properly. Scary, I lived last that for a while. Arrived during the day while I was at work, and the locksmith changed the locks and left the keys with my neighbour, very clean work and reasonably priced.
