I got locked out of my flat. Dani came around within 15 minutes which was great. Put a tool together and got me back in through the letter box (concerningly easily). Dani was really great, and polite and gave advice on the situation as well. I was charged £124 for the pleasure (learnt it could have been a lot more if outside of work hours) Lesson learnt.
