The guy came over fairly quickly, had one look at the door and opened it within five minutes, I was very impressed and he left me some security tips too, thanks again.

The locksmith came out yesterday to open the door for us on a bank holiday, I called two other companies who couldn’t come in less than 3hrs and the second by night, Pat arrived within an hour and was very polite.

Very efficient but we waited for half hour for the locksmith to arrive.

Arrived quickly after emergency call out, fixed in under an hour. Engineer was courteous and took his shoes off to protect our carpets. Price was reasonable for out of hours job.

Pat was a huge help today! After having my bag stolen on Friday I haven’t really felt safe at home until Alan installed a new lock today. Despite being a design that’s not readily available, Alan made a call and a new one was made and delivered. I can’t recommend it highly enough!
