Pat was a huge help today! After having my bag stolen on Friday I haven’t really felt safe at home until Alan installed a new lock today. Despite being a design that’s not readily available, Alan made a call and a new one was made and delivered. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

Very fast and efficient. There when they said they would be (within 35 minutes) and also a very reasonable price for opening the door and replacing the lock.

The front door lock stopped working with a key stuck in it. The locksmith arrived promptly, took it apart and got the key out. He couldn’t see any other issues but as we’ve been having trouble with the lock for a couple of weeks we asked the locksmith to replace the lock. This was done quickly and we were given 3 keys as well as a year's guarantee. Very satisfied with the service and work completed, very polite gentleman, would cheerfully recommend it.

I locked myself out this morning, Pat took less than 30min to arrive and within minutes I was back indoors. Gave me very important advice regarding my front door, only one lock was properly locking while the other was not installed properly. Scary, I lived last that for a while.
