9pm and we arrived to find that our back door was forced in. Pat arrived within 30 mins and secured the door for the night and although he wasn’t unable to complete the job (We need a new door) he promised to return in the morning to fit a new door and better locks and hinges too. I hope the insurance will take care of it. Breaking into someone’s home, how low can you go?

The locksmith arrived at the time due. He was pleasant and polite and did a very professional job. I am very pleased.

Turned up when they said they would. Locksmith worked hard to resolve my problem in freezing conditions. He was friendly and polite and explained everything he was doing and why. Well pleased.

I got locked out of my flat. Dani came around within 15 minutes which was great. Put a tool together and got me back in through the letter box (concerningly easily). Dani was really great, and polite and gave advice on the situation as well. I was charged £124 for the pleasure (learnt it could have been a lot more if outside of work hours) Lesson learnt. Don’t forget your keys.

I needed urgent help with my door and they came by immediately with a high level of professionalism but mostly compassion for what happened to me. The person who looks after us is Mark, a very nice, respectable and honest professional.

First time for everything, never seen a door being opened this way, very fast of clean work.
