Excellent service arrived within an hour of my call. Richard checked my door thoroughly and explained which lock would give me a more secure home. He showed me how easily Yale locks can be opened and the need for a good mortice lock for full security. The work was done well and Richard tidied up any mess before leaving. Pat was great. Needed locks changed after purchasing a house. He arrived very quickly. One of the locks was broken and he did try to fix it but it turned out the back door had a mechanism issue which custom and not readily available but he was able to source a part that could be installed the next day. In the meantime, he was able to secure the door with a temporary solution. Very happy with the service.

I needed an emergency repair and on contacting this company they could not do any more to help. Rapid response and excellent customer care by the locksmith. I would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family!
