He didn't arrive within 20 minutes as advertised but it was rush hour. Got us in our house and was not as expensive as other companies. Would use them again but hopefully not too soon.

Excellent service arrived within an hour of my call. Richard checked my door thoroughly and explained which lock would give me a more secure home. He showed me how easily Yale locks can be opened and the need for a good mortice lock for full security. The work was done well and Richard tidied up any mess before leaving.
