It was a very simple and smooth operation to get our lock sorted out. They were there very quickly and Jack who did the work appeared very trustworthy. I would definitely use them again if necessary.

Turned up when they said they would. The locksmith worked hard to resolve my problem in freezing conditions. He was friendly and polite and explained everything he was doing and why. Well pleased.

9pm and we arrived to find that our back door was forced in. Pat arrived within 30 mins and secured the door for the night and although he wasn’t unable to complete the job (We need a new door) he promised to return in the morning to fit a new door and better locks and hinges too. I hope the insurance will take care of it. Breaking into someone’s home, how low can you go?
