I wasn't happy to pay an extra £10 for higher security lock but the work was good.

He didn't arrive within 20 minutes as advertised but it was rush hour. Got us in our house and was not as expensive as other companies. Would use them again but hopefully not too soon.

Excellent service arrived within an hour of my call. Richard checked my door thoroughly and explained which lock would give me a more secure home. He showed me how easily Yale locks can be opened and the need for a good mortice lock for full security. The work was done well and Richard tidied up any mess before leaving. Arrived during the day while I was at work, and the locksmith changed the locks and left the keys with my neighbour, very clean work and reasonably priced.

I called two other locksmith who refuse to come out so early in the morning without charging for out of hours fee. The locksmith arrived quickly and opened fire door fast.

The only locksmith that was willing to come out early on Monday Bank holiday and not charge me extra for it, simple lock change.

The locksmith arrived just in time to change our office locks and reset the alarm system before we finished for the day.
