I locked myself out this morning, Pat took less than 30min to arrive and within minutes I was back indoors. Gave me very important advice regarding my front door, only one lock was properly locking while the other was not installed properly. Scary, I lived last that for a while. 9pm and we arrived to find that our back door was forced in. Pat arrived within 30 mins and secured the door for the night and although he wasn’t unable to complete the job (We need a new door) he promised to return in the morning to fit a new door and better locks and hinges too. I hope the insurance will take care of it. Breaking into someone’s home, how low can you go?

We’d just moved into a new house, so wanted the locks changed. When we had a closer look many of the doors had problems and didn’t lock properly. This was down to various problems, which Jack diagnosed, and was able to fix. In particular, the garage door mechanism was shot, and the part was no longer produced but Reuben managed to source the part for us. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. The work was carried out to the highest quality.
