Quick response and the lock changed within a few minutes. I would highly recommend this company although I would have liked to spend the money on other staff.

He showed me how easily Yale locks can be opened and the need for a good mortice lock for full security. The work was done well and Richard tidied up any mess before leaving. The locksmith arrived within 20 minutes of my call. He was familiar with the high-security lock which needed to he drilled through and a new one fitted. He explained the costs to me in advance so there were no nasty surprises and made a stressful situation much less stressful.
