Excellent service arrived within an hour of my call. Richard checked my door thoroughly and explained which lock would give me a more secure home. He showed me how easily Yale locks can be opened and the need for a good mortice lock for full security. The work was done well and Richard tidied up any mess before leaving. I just want thank again to Dean, one of their locksmiths! He succeded in rescuing me so quickly! I've lost my keys today and I was lucky enough to call this company. 10 minutes after my call the locksmith was at my door!! in only 10 minutes! Also, I was very sick and worried that I would wait outside in the cold for a very long time but Dean was able to drill my door in 4 minutes and that was it! So happy with their service, truly recommend it!
