GO Plumbing

Hi I had a blocked kitchen sink today. I had tried everything myself to remedy it, but nothing worked, and needed it fixed ASAP. I had heard so many great things about the plumbers, so I decided to give them a ring. The phone operative was very courteous and kind, and explained in detail everything that would occur, which was very helpful. I received a second courtesy call, updating me that the operative was on his way. He was very pleasant and efficient and thankfully helped me fix the blockage! Really impressed. They are friendly, courteous, and affordable. Will definitely be using their services again. Thank you! Regards Gabrielle

Having moved into a flat in a new area we didn't know any local plumbers so we chose TR. Matt was punctual and professional. In under 3 hours he repaired a leak from the cistern of our WC, removed and replaced toilet seats whose fixings were corroded and seized up from 2 bathrooms, and installed a replacement kitchen mixer tap with new isolation valves. I highly recommend his workmanship.

From making the appointment to being advised on the morning that the engineer would arrive in an hour to service the boiler and issue a Landlords' Safety Certificate after testing, all went well. Thank you TR for your excellent and professional service. One would recommend them highly.

Michael was very helpful in explaining to us the whole process. He did the job perfectly and we can't thank him enough.

TR Plumbing sent out Michael to help investigate a leak that has been ongoing for over a week in two apartments. We had several other professionals come but with no resolution. Michael was able to find the issue within 3 hours of attending the building, and was then working with our property manager contractors to help solve. He really was fantastic, can't praise his professionalism enough. If I have any issues in the future I will call them and request michael specifically. Thanks again!

Promptly arranged a site visit, and the workman who turned up offered common sense practical advice on fixing the problem. Having agreed the approach he then cracked on with it.

TR Plumbers have carried out a few different jobs for me. I found both workmen to be highly professional, polite and knowledgeable. They explained the work that needed to be done thoroughly and presented me with options. Work was done to a high standard and good-quality materials used. They also left the area clean and tidy.

Great work by Trever, he came with the right tools for the job and did not waste any time resolving the issue, testing and explaining the possible causes very well.

Fixed a leak under the sink in less than 15 minutes with no extra parts, even though a different plumbing company had diagnosed the same issue the night before and advised the whole pipe be replaced for £355!

We had Michael from TR plumbers come to unblock our kitchen pipes. He was incredibly thorough, listened to all our concerns, and was very friendly. The kitchen pipes were clogged all the way out of our flat and he got them flowing better than we've ever had them since we moved in. He addressed a serious situation quickly and calmy, and knew exactly what was needed. We highly recommend him.
