I called with an emergency and Pat was there within 30 minutes. The lock clasp had locked me out from the inside and he was able to open it with ease. It only took him a few minutes.

the locksmith was prompt and dealt with the issue very quickly and professionally. The price was reasonable for getting the door open with damage.

It was hard to get a booking and there was a little miscommunication. However, it was handled well once highlighted. The actual work was great.

Absolute panic late on a Friday, lock was completely seized. The locksmith took around 40min to arrive. The guy was polite and very informative explaining the problem and amazingly had a replacement part in his car. Incredible service and understanding.

Very helpful. Came in 30 minutes on a Sunday morning and fixed my front door quickly as well as installing a bottom lock so that my door was double locked and more secure. Helpful and honest locksmith.
