Extremely happy with the service the guy that came to fit my new lock on my back door went above and beyond. He even had a look at my front door as I'd been having issues with the lock and he made the door easier to use but did also advise that it really did need replacing which is what I thought.

He showed me how easily Yale locks can be opened and the need for a good mortice lock for full security. The work was done well and Richard tidied up any mess before leaving. The locksmith arrived on time as promised. He proceeded to rekey 5 locks in a timely fashion. He indicated one lock may require replacement but managed to repair it without further cost.

excellent all-around service. The front door lock failed, forcing us to get it repaired. Pat arrived within 30 minutes. He replaced the lock from stock in his van, with no damage and cleaned up afterwards. very reasonable cost as well.
