Pat came to open the door for us literally 25 minutes after we called and 5 minutes later we were inside the house! Brilliant!

The front door lock stopped working with a key stuck in it. The locksmith arrived promptly, took it apart and got the key out. He couldn’t see any other issues but as we’ve been having trouble with the lock for a couple of weeks we asked the locksmith to replace the lock. This was done quickly and we were given 3 keys as well as a year's guarantee. Very satisfied with the service and work completed, very polite gentleman, would cheerfully recommend it.

We got back from holiday last night to find the door kicked in and the house in a mess, the locksmith was very understanding and came back today to secure a new door.
