I can see that the lock was going to fail for sometimes, finally, I got Dean to come over today and replace it. Should have been done ages ago.

Very helpful. Came in 30 minutes on a Sunday morning and fixed my front door quickly as well as installing a bottom lock so that my door was double locked and more secure. Helpful and honest locksmith. Also helped me with a couple of other questions I had regarding my internal doors.

Dean is very fast, efficient and helpful. He was there extremely quickly, got all of his tools out, introduced himself and got straight to work. He didn’t waste any time and explained everything to me in detail, he even offered to give me a life to the nearest key-cutting shop to cut some keys as I would have needed more for the new lock. He’s a credit to the team and I will be recommending him should anyone need a locksmith.

Pat was great. Needed locks changed after purchasing a house. He arrived very quickly. One of the locks was broken and he did try to fix it but it turned out the back door had a mechanism issue which custom and not readily available but he was able to source a part that could be installed the next day. In the meantime, he was able to secure the door with a temporary solution. Very happy with the service.
