Had the misfortune of a damaged Yale lock on the AirBnB late on Saturday night with tenants stuck outside. Called Alistair and he was able to come out and assist. He was with us within twenty minutes and began investigating possible solutions. Lock drilled out and new lock fitted efficiently and with no mess. After booking someone from Checkatrade, I got a phone call saying they can't come out on Monday but can on Friday. So I phoned around. Not only did you come out within the hour, and the service was friendly, did the job quickly and was way cheaper than the people I originally booked. 10 out 10 all round.
