The person to fix the lock came over really fast, about 10-15 min and as it turned out it was a very difficult lock to break, however, it didn't take that long. The guy did a very good job and was really nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend it.

Very efficient both when making the first call and when Pat called to confirm the address and the precise time. Arrived at the exact time spent more time than expected and never tried to overcharge for that. I wish there were more companies that are as customer-focused and honest as this!

Fantastic service. Booked on a Sunday night and done the next morning. Mike was great, and quick to explain options and the job was done to a high standard in a short time. Although there was quite a delay in the locksmith's arrival, still it’s early Sunday morning and he did a good job when he got here. The door works brilliantly now.
