One of the locks was broken, and he did try to fix it, but it turned out the back door had a mechanism issue that was custom and not readily available, but he was able to source a part that could be installed the next day. In the meantime, he was able to secure the door with a temporary solution. I was very happy with the service.

It took him around 5 minutes to get the door open without damaging my lock or door. In the end, I paid £69 plus VAT, a bit expensive but very quick and professional service, exactly what I needed at that time!
