A costly mistake, losing my keys on a night out. The locksmith was fair and gave me a few options of new locks to choose from.

Arrived during the day while I was at work, and the locksmith changed the locks and left the keys with my neighbour, very clean work and reasonably priced.

Thank you for taking the job at short notice at 5am, I appreciate the effort.

Pat was a huge help today! After having my bag stolen on Friday I haven’t really felt safe at home until Alan installed a new lock today. Despite being a design that’s not readily available, Alan made a call and a new one was made and delivered. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

Turned up when they said they would. The locksmith worked hard to resolve my problem in freezing conditions. He was friendly and polite and explained everything he was doing and why. Well pleased.

Locksmith arrived promptly and commenced work immediately. I was very pleased with his approach to the task and he was courteous at all times.

Excellent, very polite and considerate. Their response time was very impressive, arriving within half an hour and fixing the door and presenting their own clever solution to save us money. I enjoy watching the locksmith teaching his trainee.

9pm and we arrived to find that our back door was forced in. Pat arrived within 30 mins and secured the door for the night and although he wasn’t unable to complete the job (We need a new door) he promised to return in the morning to fit a new door and better locks and hinges too. I hope the insurance will take care of it. Breaking into someone’s home, how low can you go?
