IP Locksmiths

The locksmith came out yesterday to open the door for us on a bank holiday, I called two other companies who couldn’t come in less than 3hrs and the second by night, Pat arrived within an hour and was very polite.

Absolute panic late on a Friday, lock was completely seized. The locksmith took around 40min to arrive. The guy was polite and very informative explaining the problem and amazingly had a replacement part in his car. Incredible service and understanding.

I left the house and no sooner than I reached my car and realised that the door keys were inside the house. Also, the car key was inside...I was so angry...at myself of course. I called the locksmith and asked him to come asap. He arrived quickly and assured me that this happens to many people. He opened the door quickly and I was able to get the key.

Very tidy, very professional and good work attitude. He explained how to use the alarm, made sure I understood how to use the alarm and answered all questions. Very knowledgeable, did the work on a Saturday which was very convenient for me, and left after 6 pm. Cannot fault John at all, highly recommend using this individual and 100% satisfaction. I locked myself out on the bank-holiday evening and was grateful to be saved within 40 mins. I knew it was going to cost me to get someone to come out at that time scale but obviously, it was worth it. Lesson learned thank you.
