JD Towing Sandy Springs

Good experience from start to finish. I received regular text updates on the driver's location, which gave me peace of mind. Everything went smoothly, though the driver did look a little rushed and was in a massive hurry to get to his next call, i can see why he gets work, really good service.

My car was stuck down a narrow, awkward driveway, but the driver maneuvered his truck like a pro and got it out without a scratch. Excellent skill. Lost one star just because dispatch forgot to send the receipt to my email, so I had to call back the next day to chase it.

They did a fantastic job moving my vintage project car across town. The operator used proper straps and took his time to ensure zero damage. It took a bit longer than expected to complete the paperwork on-site, but I'd definitely use them again.

Very smooth experience overall. The flatbed truck was modern and clean, and the operator knew exactly what he was doing. Pricing was fair and matched the phone quote. Docking one star just because the dispatch hold music to listen to for nearly 5 minutes.

The breakdown recovery itself was handled very well. The reason for the 3 stars is that the arrival ETA kept changing every time I called back. It went from 30 minutes, to 50, traffic or no traffic they should know how long they should arrive to their client.

The service was fine overall and they arrived within an hour. My only real issue was that the driver left greasy handprints on the door. A small detail, but annoying to clean up afterwards.

Huge shoutout to this team for rescuing my car from a ditch! They turned a terrible day around completely. The response time was fast, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the price was fair. The driver knew exactly what they were doing and pulled the car out with ease. Hopefully, I won’t need a tow truck again anytime soon, but if I do, I am definitely calling them. 5 stars!

Had your guy tow my car after accident, did excelent work as it was really badly damaged and was in very bad location. excelent service, thanks for ending my bad day with positive outlook, as it's a real stress to be invlolved in an accident especially when this is not your fault.

Great experience from beginning to end. Extremely quick to contact after submitting for a quote. Great communication throughout and on time — can’t asked for anything better.

I wanted to commend you on providing excellent towing service. When we contacted for help, they arrived within 10 minutes. The driver was punctual, polite, and offered me a fair rate. They are fantastic and I can't suggest them enough!
