After booking someone from Checkatrade, I got a phone call saying they can't come out on Monday but can on Friday. So I phoned around. Not only did you come out within the hour, and the service was friendly, did the job quickly and was way cheaper than the people I originally booked. 10 out 10 all round.

huge problem with my sliding door, i failed my DIY but the locksmith put it right at no time.
